Pick a difficulty and see the exact Dragon Tower multiplier, survival chance and real 1% house edge at every row. Plus the full odds ladder, a provably-fair verifier, honest strategy, and why no Dragon Tower predictor can work.

Every row on the selected difficulty โ the multiplier if you cash out there, the chance you climb to it, and how rare that is:
| Row | Multiplier | Climb chance | Odds (1 in N) |
|---|
Provably-fair demonstrator. Each row's safe-tile-or-skull outcome is derived from the seeds before you climb โ the same seeds always give the same run. Change the nonce for the next round; you can't know where the skull is.
Dragon Tower is a Stake Originals game where you climb a tower one row at a time. Each row has a set of tiles โ some hide a safe dragon egg, one or more hide a skull. Pick a safe tile and you climb to the next row with a bigger multiplier; pick a skull and the run ends and you lose the bet. The whole game is a single tug-of-war: keep climbing for a bigger multiplier, or cash out and bank what you have before you hit a skull. There's no skill in the pick itself โ every tile is a fixed, random, provably-fair draw โ so the only real decisions are your difficulty and when to stop, which is exactly what the calculator above quantifies. A round in four steps:
Dragon Tower is a provably-fair Stake Original, so its odds obey the cleanest rule in the casino. To cash out at any multiplier m, your chance of climbing that far is the fair probability minus the 1% edge:
So reaching a 2ร cash-out happens about 49.5% of the time, a 10ร about 9.9%, and a 100ร only 0.99% โ roughly 1 in 101 rounds. It doesn't matter which difficulty you pick to get to a given multiplier: any route to 10ร wins about 9.9% of the time, because the house edge is fixed at 1%. What difficulty changes is how many rows it takes to reach that multiplier and how big each step is. Open the Odds ladder tab to see the climb chance for every row on your difficulty.
Difficulty sets how many tiles each row has and how many are skulls. The safer the row, the smaller the multiplier bump; the more skulls, the faster the multiplier explodes. All five difficulties keep the same 1% house edge โ they just trade frequency for size:
| Difficulty | Tiles / skulls per row | 1st-row multiplier | Climb one row |
|---|---|---|---|
| Easy | 4 tiles, 1 skull | 1.32ร | 75% |
| Medium | 3 tiles, 1 skull | 1.49ร | 66.7% |
| Hard | 2 tiles, 1 skull | 1.98ร | 50% |
| Expert | 3 tiles, 2 skulls | 2.97ร | 33.3% |
| Master | 4 tiles, 3 skulls | 3.96ร | 25% |
On Easy you can climb all nine rows for a slow build to around 13ร; on Master each row nearly quadruples the multiplier, so a few rows can reach thousands of ร, but most runs hit a skull in the first rows. Switch difficulty in the calculator to watch every multiplier and climb chance update.
The calculator uses two pieces of provably-fair math. The multiplier at row k is the fair (zero-edge) payout for climbing that far, scaled by the house edge:
That guarantees a flat 1% house edge on every row of every difficulty โ cash out early or late, the expected return is always ~99%. The per-row climb probability is simply the share of safe tiles (Easy 3/4, Medium 2/3, Hard 1/2, Expert 1/3, Master 1/4), so the first-row multipliers match real Stake Dragon Tower (1.32ร / 1.49ร / 1.98ร / 2.97ร / 3.96ร) and the ladder grows geometrically from there. Pick any row and you get the same multiplier and the same odds Stake Dragon Tower would give.
No โ and it's provable. On a provably-fair casino, every tile's safe-or-skull result is committed cryptographically from the server seed, your client seed and a nonce before the round starts. Where the skulls sit is fixed the moment you begin; nothing you do during the climb can change or reveal it. That means:
You can't beat the 1% edge, so real Dragon Tower strategy is just risk control โ matching your difficulty and cash-out row to your bankroll:
Does martingale work on Dragon Tower? No. Doubling your bet after every skull feels like a system, but it doesn't change the edge โ it only shortens the time to a losing streak big enough to wipe your balance or hit the table limit. The expected return is ~99% at every difficulty, row and bet size. Set a target row, cash out with discipline, and never chase the top.
Dragon Tower is a grid-style Stake Original, a cousin of Mines and Plinko, and shares the identical 1% edge on every bet. Whatever crypto casino you play it on, and however high you climb, the math above never changes โ the game is fun and fast, but treat every bet as entertainment, not income.
No โ but it is not beatable either. Dragon Tower is provably fair: with the revealed server seed, your client seed and the nonce you can recompute exactly which tiles were skulls and confirm they weren't changed after your bet (the Fairness verifier shows the method). What you can't change is the built-in 1% house edge โ over the long run you get back about $0.99 per $1 wagered. Fair means honest and verifiable, not profitable.
Dragon Tower is a Stake Original and also runs on many crypto casinos and Stake-style sites. Wherever you play, the climb odds and the ~1% edge are effectively identical; only the coins, the bonuses and the art differ. Before you deposit, confirm that:
